changing MAF sensor

need to replace my mass air flow sensor on my 520d E60 and was just wondering if anyone seen any guides on the forums, could not find anything from the search.

i'm not familiar with the diesels, but i imagine its just a matter of locating the sensor on the intake pipe, disconnect the wire connector, and probably take out a couple of screws, and then remove.

Why are you changing it? I am getting an "Increased Emissions" warning along with my Service Engine Soon light... would this be a possible cause? Maybe I will clean it and see...
