How did the bulge come about?

Typically, those sidewall bubbles are caused by hitting a road hazard like a pothole so they wouldn't be covered under warranty.

I think once the tire is dismounted, you'll see a break in the rubber on the inside -- if so, it's not a tire defect...

I don't remember hitting anything ?? and that what I told them

it came out by itself and that is why I felt sad because I think it should be under warranty.. they show me a chart with pictures of defective tires and what warranty cover .. and this problem .. which has a technical name... is not under warranty
