On weekdays I have a 6 km track on max 70 km/h before I reach the highway, after that gentle ride, I floor it when I get at the entrance of the highway. Always works for me

If you fail to warm it up the specified way will it damage the engine? Or will it cause premature engine failure?
My warm up time consists of how ever long it takes to put my seat belt on and back out of the driveway. I also try to keep moderate revs, but driving moderately for 15 minutes is a real long time.
