Just picked up my car from BMW Malta ----- and guess what........ I have a scratch stretching the whole length of the back door and wing. And yet... they only offered to pay 50% of the damages. Unbelievable!!!!!!!!! I can not understand how these things happen. BMW MALTA service s**** big time.

Any ideas what else I can do. Insurance told me to claim... excess is only 55 euro and protected no claim, but I want BMW Malta to pay for their mistake. They do not want to listed. Should I fight?

Dealers can sometimes really suck big time. Good luck.

Why don't you take them to court and sue for the damage cost?

Well I have been thinking about that..... but since my excess is only 55euro with protected no claim I am afraid that I might lose the court case and end up spending much more that the damage itself. I am sure that they will have good lawyers.. better lawyers

On the other hand, I want to prove my point so I might end up doing it just the same even though I might lose more money. And court cases over here in Malta take months if not years ..... I HATE the car as it is now... It does not feel the same. I have even banned myself from going to the garage. Im sure you guys know this feeling. I have attached a crappy pic I took in my garage with low lighting. It only shows the damage done on the wheel arch. That scratch continues all the way to the end of the left back door.

go to their showroom and scratch one of their new cars. Then offer to pay %50 percent of it. Then youll be even.
