I noticed this last year but brushed it off to the cold and couldn't find where the noise was coming from now this winter it's really BOTHERING me. In the morning when its cold out my steering sounds like FLIPPER!!! Literally. If I turn my steering wheel left or right the noise can be heard. It's sound like its coming from somewhere on the dash not the actual steering wheel but I cannot figure it out and it's ANNOYING. After I drive it for a few minutes and have turned the wheel a couple times the noise stops anyone experience this or know what it could be?... The car doesn't do this at all in the spring/summer.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?.... I got out the car a couple days ago and turned the wheel right to left seems like its coming from under the car somewhere. Replace control and thrust arms so I cant be that. Anywhere under the car i might want to consider spraying some type of lubricant.

Try turning off the HVAC fan, see if the noise goes away. If so, it's the isolators on the blower motor. Mine started last year when the temp got blow 20. Steadily got worst, then started when the AC was on and the blower got cold. Replaced the blower with the help of the DIY on this forum. Not a fun job!
