I found that my driver's side of the car is approximately 6mm lower than the front passenger side...

BMW mechanics have said that this is normal for all BMWs but if I REALLY wanted a fix, I can have some rubber inserted in the driver's side to level the car...

Has anyone heard of this and/or done the above suggested procedure? Or have had this but approached and done something about it differently?

Please share and let me know as I wish to balance my car ^^;;

I thought it was the passenger side, that's supposed to be lower...

No I swear to you it's the driver's side with my car (mind you, my BMW is right-hand drive and US is left-hand drive)

Hmm... maybe then right handers don't have a reverse bias? That would explain the problem.

If LHD cars are a little higher on the left, but RHD cars aren't higher on the right, but are built the same exact way - with the left side being a little higher. That would explain why your car is a little higher on your passenger side.

Is there a specific reason why one side is supposed to be lower than the other? Just curious.

its corner balance. your car has a 50/50 weight distribution when the driver is in the car so naturally the driver side is higher

Yeah but my car, the driver side is lower?!

What can I do??

Apparently, my friend who's a mechanic said I could purchase some spring insulators or something to even it up...???

I have no idea...
