Just wondering what the latest version of software should be for my car...

Also, anybody else have a problem with their Navigation system where the DVD makes a lot of noise (spinning sound that is pretty noticible)?

As far as I am aware latest sw is v13.3 which I had loaded about 10 days ago.

I can hear my dvd disc spinning but it is not intrusive, I have made a backup copy of the dvd and that is slightly worse than the original for some reason??

The backup makes more noise then the original one. But my original dvd makes noise too especially after the update.

My I-Drive sometimes starts up three or 4 times before it becomes stable. Very irritating to wait 5 minutes before I can use my radio or nav..

Have you noticed any changes in the dynamics of the 530D since the upgrade? eg. throttle reponse, gear changes etc. etc.

My car is with BMW SA at the moment to try and sort out the noisy gear change and other transmission problems. Loaner is a 735i, boy am I missing my 530D!!
