As mentioned in an earlier topic, some functions on my car aren't working.
It's sitting at the dealer right now, and they just called that the video module is missing (meaning: it's not there!). It seems that this is causing the malfunctions.

The following things aren't working:
- 'SOS malfunction' at start-up (the car has an SOS-function/button)
- Blue tooth not working (can't seem to turn it on in the menu, although the 'Bluetooth on' is showing)
- Night Vision isn't working
- Key-less go/comfort lock isn't working
- The navi instructions do'n't show on the HUD

The car has stood in a lot for over 3 months and the battery was dead for over a months (which is already replaced, btw).

Can someone back the dealer up on this? They quoted me ? 2,200,- (including the new battery)

Unless someone goes over to the dealership, how could anyone back up the dealer on this?

Obviously something is very wrong with the car and you could probably more easily go to your own dealer so they could show you what is missing (by its absence) than anything else.

Oh, the module is definetely missing, they showed it to me. My question is, if the missing module is really the 'solution' the the problems'!

I don't think you can do that.

Well, actually, most things are working. I can use the navi, audio, etc. The only things that aren't working are:
- Bluetooth;
- Night Vision (it shows black (start-up) screen for about 10 sec.);
- Key-les go/comfort access;
- Navi arrows on HUD
