With DIS, INPA and Progman people have gotten it to work OK. NCS Expert is 16 bits--won't work with 64 bits OS unless you have a virtual operating system running in VMWare etc.

VirtualBox seems to work well...

Virtualbox ....haven't play with it in a few years. Nice to know it works.
