My Ride: 2007 530i, white/black manual, sports package, nav, PDC, etc.
Those of you in Europe and Canada lucky enough to own an M Sport 5 series: Have you compared the ride firmness and handling to a regular 5 series with just the sport suspension? Is the difference noticeable?

e60 M Sport Cars just came out in the last few months here in Canada, so I'd be surprized if anyone took delivery of one yet (I haven't even seen one, and I visit the dealer once and away - 10 minutes away from me)

nice to know.
Frankly I don't care so much about the body kit, etc. What matters most to me is handling, and if you're saying that the M-sport handling is subjectively the same as the Sport handling, it makes me feel better about getting just the sport package (not that we in the US have any choice anyway).
I've owned both and would say the firmness of the ride and handling is about the same. I would say my current M sport has a slightly better ride without the runflats.

Tried both (M pack and Sports Suspension without M pack) and it feels the same. The only difference is wheels (M Pack comes with standard Spoke 135) an eventually tyres. Only to point out that you can not get Dynamic Drive in combination with Sports suspension or M pack for that matter.

I wondered about Dynamic Drive and the M Sport pak. Here in the US, Dynamic Drive is STANDARD with the sport package. But in Europe you cannot combine DD with either sport option? I though DD was made to enhance the performance suspension.

Well I can't wait untill mid January to sit in my 535d even without Dynamic Drive, but M pack with sport settings is what I wanted, so...
