Can you turn the screen off completely

I have pro and the sceen goes completely off..
The professional navi is oem and screens can be purchased on ebay or dealer . Only thing is that you will probably have to upgrade the rest of the system too.
on ebay in the netherlands a complete pro navi set, does around 1500 eur...they fit in the same spot as your current screen, but it is a few inches wider
