can m sport rear bumper fit SE model?

I have 2004 530d SE. What I wanted to know is can the rear bumper be swapped round with a m sport rear bumper without any major modifications? I want to swap mine for a m sport rear bumper.

Actually, for a true perfect fit, it's best to also use the 3 MTech rear brackets. The existing left and right brackets are shorter than the MTech rear. So if you mount the MTech rear, it would just hang from the top and dangle at the bottom. Also, if you don't use the MTech center bracket, the diffuser will only mount to the bumper cover and dangle at the end towards the car. Oh, and there's a plastic MTech bottom battery cover as well. I did this to mine as I wanted a true MTech fitment outside and inside.

Looking through my old invoices, here is the extra stuff I got to make the rears true OEM. The main part numbers are the Mounts, Guide, and Battery tray cover. I bought extra mounting pins, screws, clips, etc...just incase I broke something.
