Can I run 255/40/19?

My Ride: 2007 525I
Can I run 255/40/19 front on my non-sport suspension, 525i? please all help and sugestions needed, i have been looking around on the forum, and found that it was okay to run 275/35/19 in the rears. but need help with the front. and what is better h&r springs or eibach springs. don't have money for coilovers. I would like a drop, but don't know what is best. all help is appreciated. thanks BIMMERTIME-07
