Default Can anyone help?

New owner trying to know my car. While changing a tire I notice wires hanging, found the part that is supposed to plug Into but I don't know what it is so I don't want to just go plug it. It's behind the the cover on the front passenger side wheel here's a picture of it.https://5series.net/forums/attachmen...1&d=1489967621

Same here. Can't tell what I am looking at.

Take some more photos from further back so we can tell what's what.

Better picture would help, to close in. But it does look like a horn with a broken connector.
