Default CABIN FILTER REPLACEMENT/Hood Pressure Sensor

On the '07 530i, there are two Hood Pressure Sensors on the passenger side that MUST be removed in order to unlock the cabin filter housing. Thus, these Hood pressure Sensors are attached to the cabin filter housing on the passenger side. I have to remove the wire harness from the sensors before I unlocked the 13mm plastic socket.

I'm trying to unplug the wire harness, but it's just not unplugging. Do I need to pinch/turn a particular area ? Because I've been trying for days now with this simple issue. The video below explains how to change the cabin filter, but it doesn't explain how to get the hood pressure sensors to release from the wiring harness. I simply need to know how to get them unplugged, because I turned and punched the clips on the sensors but they wont come out. I know there's the correct and simple way to get them out I simply don't know it....thanks for any reply

The video is here:

There should be two small clips on the plug that you push in to release. I don't recall it being much of a problem.

yeah I've been pushing the two clips, yet it won't release. I'm going to try again. If it don't come out, I'll try to take the filters out with the sensors attached. I'll just try to just flip the cover once i loosen the 13mm socket...thanks. I'll post back...

On the opposite side of the 13mm plastic screw, there is a long metal clip, you need to unclip that.

I used the ones they are on amazon. Cheap, made by Mann and charcoal. Just remember to buy two.
