I can vouch for reps, it all really boils down to the quality control on top of materials used, and method of construction. Miro are a very reputable rep company and there have been no problems with our customers up to date. Even with our own line, we've increase the quality and safety of each wheel.
However, as I always say to each his own, but as mentioned above by 530isport, that sounds pretty cheap for OEM I'd check into them.
