My Ride: BMW E60 530i, Production Date May 2005

Hi,
I'm trying to findout from BMW Australia if my E60 530i manufactured in April/May 2005 can be fitted with the SA609 Business to Professional Navigation retrofit. I would be buying 2nd hand parts:
I've been told by my local BMW service and spare parts representatives, that even though my E60 was fitted standard with Business Navigation, it can't be upgraded to Professional Navigation as it doesn't have the CCC option installed.
I don't exactly know what the CCC option is, but would BMW manufacture different wiring looms for different countries. I heard of some of the members of this forum from USA, UK and Europe that have performed the Business to Professional Navigation retrofit successfully.
Did any of the BMW dealer say that you couldn't do it and you proved them wrong?
One spare parts tech said that BMW can determine if the retrofit is possible by the Chassis # of your car.
Is there any way I can find out and be 100% sure?
Cheerz

In the UK accessories brochure there is an upgrade option available but it is horrendously expensive even without considering labour charges! And the final kick is the fact you need to buy the pro nav DVD on top!!
It would probably cost you around ?3,000 UK I imagine all in and fitted. For that you may as well change your car for one with pro nav in it!
