Default Bushing replacement - E60 528i with 64k Miles

Wondering when and IF you guys replace your bushings at 64k miles for an E60 528i.

Curious because I went to this site:

BMW E60 Performance Suspension Components

and ECS tuning, and they have like ... 4 different bushings for the front forward, front rear, rear ... rear ... etc. there seems to be like 8 sets of bushings to replace when it comes to just control arms.

Any guidance?

Also anything re: sway bar, and subframe bushings would be great.

That seems a bit early. You should have a look around realoem for the components you might need.

I am approaching 100k and my mechanics have looked at my brushings and said they're fine. So maybe get someone to actually look it over first?
