burning smell when i gun it???

My Ride: 2006 530i

just got my cpo begining of novmember, i open her once and a while (flooring it) i notice i have a burning smell, like a clutch smell?? is this normal or is there anything i should be concerned with???
i have 47,980 miles.

I get no smells. However when I brake hard, I can smell the brakes from the outside.

Is your car a manual or auto, maybe it is clutch smell

On a more serious note, I used to get this on my old 545 after hard acceleration. Never presented an operational issue but as far as I could tell...

i have 47,980 miles.

I occasionally get that odor as well if i punch it really hard. I have a 2004 545i with smg transmission. I have not noticed any operational issues and just thought it was "normal" in a car that is usually driven very gently
