Will a 2006 m5 bumper OEM fit on a 2008 535i without any mods or additional hardware?

Not sure about the rear but the front will need some modification since the M supposedly has wider fender

No, for one thing the 2006 is pre-LCI so the brackets that hold the bumper on are different. For another, additional hardware is DEFINITELY required. You will lose your foglights and brake ducting. Also keep in mind the OEM M5 is 10mm wider than the standard E60 so the bumper will not sit quite flush as your OEM bumper does.
