Have you checked with Simon about this?

Yes he has.

Unfortunately, I do not have an answer to him because his car is coded rather uniquely, and I simply don't know what has been done.

The only solution I can think of for him is to disable the cold/warm check for rear fogs.

For brake effects, I have done 20-30 of these, and it's the first time I have heard of error for rear fogs. So I don't know what to tell him.

ok, I wasn't sure whether he spoke with you or not. If you can't fix it, there are some issues.

Yah, the trouble is since I can't physically look over/touch his car, any previous explicit work done to his car is unknown to me.

And we all know how fickle BMW's computer can be!
