Does anyone have your brake squeals? It squeals when I press the brake a little hard. Is it normal? I've been told by service advisor that it's the brake sensor causing the squeal.

If that would be the case you should get a warning in your I-Drive that your brakepads are worn out.. My previous 330 had 50.000 kms on the odo with the first brakepads and I never had a squeel..

The high pitched squeal could be the mechanical indicator of the breakpads. Many breakpads use this technology. I was unaware of the sensor monitoring the breakpads electronically, but nevertheless, if it is the sensor, that just means it is time for BMW to change then under the Maintenance agreement. No money from you, just a little time.
