If I do end up changing the pads, what compound is best for drilled&slotted rotors? Is it preference or do some compounds not play well with drilled&slotted rotors?

Have you tried Bedding or Burnishing your pads again?
Bed-in / Burnishing Instructions
After installing new brake pads, make 6-to-10 stops from approximately 30-35 MPH applying moderate pressure.
Make an additional 2-to-3 hard stops from approximately 40-45 MPH.
DO NOT DRAG BRAKES!
Allow at least 15 minutes for the brake system to cool down.
After step 4 is completed, your new brake pads are ready for use.
I always recommend Hawk HPS to all of my customers, and they all love them! Hawk has their own proprietary compound so you have low dust with virtually no noise.
They are actually quite affordable too, if you'd like a quote feel free to PM me.

It is most likely because of the Ceramic pads all around that are causing it, especially since you have tried so many ways of trying to get rid of it with no luck.

That's interesting, did you grease the back of the pads and the sides where it makes contact with shims?
My earlier post I said ceramic but actually it's not. I just checked the box and these are the pads I ordered from you (Hawks HPS - says "Ferro Carbon" on blue box) and they've continued to squeal, to this day. I've done (among other things) the bedding part several times to no avail. What gives?

I've tried bedding the brakes several times now. It seems to fix the problem for about a day, then it comes right back. Any other suggestions?
