So it looks like the guy I had put on my brakes didn't add any noise-Free compound to the back of the brake pads to assure no pad noise. Question, Can I take take the pads off and apply it? Or would I have to redo the whole breaks again? This things sequels like a pig!!

Yes, remove the pads and apply the anti piggy compound, and it should put the piggy to bed I wouldnt replace the pads unless the clips where broken and that was the source of the noise.
Take em out and inspect them, and the compound should do the job, good luck

Sometimes the squeal can be from the lip around the edge of the disc and the new pads not agreeing. You can very easily file a chamfer roudn the edge of the pads if this looks to be the case.

+1 OP new brakes usually sqeak for a bit. Goop usually takes care of the clunk noise not necessarily squeaking.
