Brake Airduct

Tategoi. Just borrowing your photo to help explain. Hope you don't mind.
As I learnt after meeting you guys in Singapore. The brake air duct (see pic) under the front bumper on the 520i is covered up by a black plastic cover. Obviously you removed it and meshed it up and also bought the brake duct part to channel air to the brakes. Hope I'm right here.
It appears all UK spec E60s including the 520i do not have that area covered (correct me if I'm wrong guys). Well i say a 525i belonging to a colleague and it appears the there is no brake ducts behind to channel air to the brakes like on my 530i. You can see that there is no curved part behind the slats bending towards the tyres. Seems like BMW cut corners on the lower E60 models.
Not sure if anyone wants to know about this but thought I mention it anyway.

interesting... thought it would be cheaper for BMW to just include brake ducts in all E60s.

How are you?
Not that messy really but it looks strange and not quite right. Seems like BMW made cost cuts on the lower models. Don't think many drivers 520i or 525i drivers will notice it unless you really look through the vents.
