I dunno. My initial impression is that I'm not digging the amber reflector on the bumper. It might change over time.
Amber reflector on bumper means no ghey amber reflectors in headlights.
Plus, if you don't like the bumper reflector.... Just take it off.
Do you think the new headlights can be retrofitted to a 2005 model?

I expect the hottest retrofit will be the LED tail lights.

WTF - I leave for a few months and my 2007 550i becomes a 2008 550i minus the 19" wheels.
Typical that I buy a neew car and this happens.
Looks like I will have 3 years until can get 2010 e60 next. Worth the wait I believe.

Please let me know if anyone can confirm a 535 sport package similar to the one reported for the 550 in the press release, i.e.,
"To further enhance performance, the optional 550i Sport Package newly includes an Aero Kit, modified-calibration Sport suspension, 19? wheels and performance tires, and a short shift lever, in addition to Multi-Contour seats with lumbar support, sport steering wheel, sport exhaust system, and Active Roll Stabilization."
I'm fairly certain I'd opt for the new 6-spd automatic and can certainly acquire the sport suspension, seats, steering wheel, active suspension as part of a typical SP or piece them together as stand-alone options.
I guess what I'm really looking for here is confirmation of the M aero kit for the 535.

My Ride: 07' 550i sport; Sapphire Black/Auburn; sport package; steptronic; navigation with R.T.T.I.; heads up; cold weather package; Logic-7; BMW MOST ipod kit; Motorola V3 snap-in adapter; rear heated seats and rear shades; anthracite headliner; sirrius sat. radio; M-aero kit; OEM style 166 Wheels with 245/35-19 front and 285/30-19 rear Michelin PS2s.
I read the press release on the website. Automatic with paddles on the wheel. Very nice.
It says sports exhaust! I'm guessing it will cost less than any aftermarket exhaust...
It also says newly calibrated sports suspension. Very interesting...
