Telling me that they are about to make my ownership experience even more rewarding with the Ultimate Driving Experience Kit.
The kit contains a book with inportant contact information about the vehicle, special programs and offers,BMW Roadside Assistance Card, informative DVD in a leather case. Not bad
cheers

Hey, today I got a neat brochure for the new 7-series. They addressed me as the driver of a 7-series who would probably be interested in the 2006 7 series. How did they confuse a 5 series guy with as a 7 series owner?

OK get this one. I havent owned a BMW since 2000 (a '93 e36 325i ). I still receive new product info packets via mail, but my favorite is the E60 DVD I rec'd about 2 years ago that includes an interview w/ Bangle. It's about 10 minutes long and is really quite good. It definitely helped perk my interest that culminated in my order. I've looked at it a few times in the last 2 months to partially satisfy my anxiety.

They didn't confuse ya bud. They are playing your ego like a dime-store ukelele. They WANT to sell you a 7er. If I could afford it I'd get the 760iL, and throw 20K worth of after-market stuff on it. Then, I'd probably lose it in the divorce... : - )

I'm just biddin' my time, waiting for the 550i right now, ridin' the ol' Cobra, but no word from BMW - even here in Germany.

Supposed to be announced in July, but the dealership has no data yet, and Bimmer Magazine's August issue has nothing on it.

Is it just a friggin' mith???

Santiago

PS. I"m trying to post a picture and it's bouncing me back all the way to the forum front page..
