To keep things short.

Did anyone have a BMW NA technician come to your dealer to check out your car?
I've had a couple of issues with my car so my service manager arranged this meeting, which will be held in two weeks. Any pointers? Maybe they'll offer a buy back?

I had an MB NA tech rep want to review my car, after a disastrous first 5,000 miles. He agreed to all the replacements (from cams to window and sunroof motors to front suspension). After his visit, I started the car and it had NO oil pressure. I walked back in and tossed the keys to the service manager and told him to call me a rental car and get back to me when they got their act together.

He did.

When did you purchased your 550? That's a lot of problems in short period of time.

I picked up my car 12/30/05.
So roughly closing in @ 4 months.

I love my car, but It's hard to be satisfied with a car that made me visit my dealer 8 times.
