has anyone tried using the ski bag? I believe it would be similar to the one i have on my e90 3 series. how do you fit the skis? I mean the bag only covers half of the skis..

Are you talking about an actual ski bag, or the ski sack that's attached to the pass through slot in the rear armrest? That one is only designed to protect the half of the skies that's inside the interior of the car.
