BMW Service Menu

Within the iMenu menu there is a BMW Service option. It has a couple options like Emergency Call, Roadside assistance, and Service Request. With the Basic BMW Assist should I be able to access these functions. Out of the 5 or 6 options in that menu, I can't access any.
