My BMW E60 used to have the standard 18" MV2 style alloys which come with runflat tyres, therefore unless you specify it from new BMW do not supply a spare wheel subsequently I have changed my alloys for a new set of 19's (I have a couple of sets I alternate )

With the 19's they are obviously not runflat so I have been looking to buy the spacesaver wheel from BMW - they offer it for £195 at my local dealership good ol' BMW prices!

So I have been doing some shopping around and the best price I have managed to get is £150, still not really happy about that until today, looking on Pistonheads I spotted this:

A phone call later and I was on my way over to Wales just about to pay for the tyre and asked how much (knowing it was £50) the guy said £50 and I said would he take £40 ( Cheeky) and he said yes bonus.

Chuffed to say the least, now I just need to go to BMW to get the wheel insert which I have found out is about £15.
