I am still dealing with the ongoing issue of blue tooth capability in my 2004 545i with a build date of 04/04. I thing my next step is to have BMWNA verify which TCU is in my car, ( I have read that they can do it over the phone with my vehicles VIN.) I am hoping that after they verify that my TCU is capable of BT, then they can help me go to bat with BMW Kearny Mesa.
I was unable to look up a phone number on the website and was hoping someone here might have one? Maybe a number for the telematics department? Thanks again guys, Danny

Go to my profile and check the BT topics, you will find detailed information on wether your car is BT capable or not. You don't need to contact BMW NA, any parts department at BMW will help. Good Luck
