bmw with japanese navigation driver!!!!!!!

Hi all
Can you help me with problem?
I have bmw 530i 2004 japanese version but i can't use navigation system. i tried all dvd version (G.C.C., germany and U.S.A) . is possible to use it outside japan with the same navigation system? or i have to change the navigatioin system?

Firstly welcome to the forums...i've not been here all that long but it is an awesome place for info.
Where are you located? I also have a Jap Spec E60 and to get the Navigation to work, along with FM radio, you will need to change over the CCC unit.
Ebay or a wrecking yard are your best bet. After this, you will need your car to be programed. Your location will determine, which CCC you use and who can do your coding. A third party workshop who use Autotronic, might be your best bet.
Where are you located? I also have a Jap Spec E60 and to get the Navigation to work, along with FM radio, you will need to change over the CCC unit.

In addition, what will be the right part no. for the iphone cradle to be used? My E60 got a cradle but seems it's fit for the Japan phone. I got no idea what's the phone model was for.

get the dension gateway 500 for iphone use. it's quicker and smoother than the OEM ones. I dunno about the navi tho. Congrats on ur new car! post some pictures!
