Well my car has been in service quite a few times but a constant problem with the Airbag seat sensor in the passanger side has reached the boiling point. Basically I get a warning that the "Seat belt tensioner, belt-force limiter and Airbag are Malfunctioning". Well the dealer had to replace the leather on the seat, and since I had Ventilated seats the Nasca leather has hard for them to replace because the same leather on the 7 would not fit due to the electronics they said. So this happend twice and replaced twice.

After talking to the GM, BMW agreed to swap out my car, they call it Trade Assist. What happens is I custom order my a new car again and once it arrives to the dealer, they take my car and I take the new one, my payments and term on my lease remain the same.

On my current 2006 I waited for Week 9 production in 2005 cause that is when they built the 2006 with the new Engines, and from what I am hearing now is that there will be a 528i that replaces the 525i but it seems like I can't order the 528i until Week 9 production 2007 with a June/July Delivery, is that true?
