I was in the same position as you are.
In Sweden it cost me around 1800 euros if would like to upgrade to the business version but since I have got PDC that dind't work due to some strange reasons my dealer told me.
The Pro nav cost around 5500 euros with the work. I said no way to that so I bought a Garmin Nuvi 360. I have also all the speedcameras in Europe in it
I'm very satisfied with the Garmin, I would say. Go for that one

if i was to pick one i would go for the garmin after market. my 650 comes with nav and i still use both. i will be getting a upgrade garmin next year for the wifes 330.
