Default BMw 535d E61 replaced engine > wont start

Hi.
My friend has a problem, after changing the engine does not start.
Errors from the ISTA can't delete, only the cam sensor, when you try to start the error will appear again. Without error 3EC0 and 3EC1 (camshaft sensor) engine not possible to starting. He bought identical engine production 200kw 2004. DDE adjusted for DPF removal, will be it?
thank you very much.
in the error code that can't be deleted.

41F2 DDE: Electric fan, activation
4157 DDE: Exhaust flap actuator, activation
3EC0 DDE: Camshaft sensor, signal
3EC1 DDE: Camshaft sensor, signal
4BC2 DDE: Air-mass flow sensor
4191 DDE: Turbine control flap, activation
4BC7 DDE: Intake-air temperature sensor (reference signal for air-mass sensor)
4BA0 DDE: Intake-air temperature sensor, signal

this may sound simple, but are you sure he reconnected all of the wiring harnesses?

Check on INPA and ISTA D show value 4,2 bar pressure. this is OK? ( 8bar

Update:
High pressure pump not pressure to rail.
1) EKPS and fuel pump is OK
2) valve on HP pump and Rail is OK.
3) wiring valve is OK ground and voltage is OK
4) pressure sensor on rail > I dont know (check 4,2-6bar 8 bar to max), wiring voltage is OK
5) fuel line is OK

Air on common rail systém ?
injectors do not hold pressure ?
sensor pressure on the rail is bad ?
P.S on the screen INPA what does it mean PWM register (absolute value) ?
thank you.
