BMW 520d coolant/antifreeze type?

Hi, today I was checking levels of fluid under the bonnet and noticed that coolant level is below "Cold Low". I am not sure what type/colour of coolant the car takes? And where would be the best place to buy from other than stealer? Any advice will be helpful.

There was an entire thread with numerous opinions on this just a few weeks ago (try a search). I personally use the BMW coolant. I know its more expensive than the others but I get the piece of mind knowing its the right stuff. Try online dealers for this such as Turner or Bavarian Auto.
