Hey first and foremost...Welcome to the forum krisz23. I ordered a 530i with Grey/ Anthracite trim and my wife loves it. Very clean look. Will take some maintenance if you have kids though. I, myself, have not seen my car yet in person, but will in a couple days. The other options you have, are very nice also. Hope this helps with your decision.

Black and auburn looks great. You should see in it person though, becasue the actual color of the leather differs from the catalog and the on line photos.

I second smartins comments on grey with brushed alumium. An alternate choice would be auburn with poplar. Auburn and anthracite might look absolutely hideous.
My choice with a black exterior would be beige, IMHO, the beige interior is tops following by black and grey. I'm struggling myself if silv grey exterior will work with beige.
