Plus I have to pay around 650? / $875 taxes annually just to keep my car in use.

edit: Oh, and the diesel is the cheaper option here. Petrol is a bit more expensive per liter. However, the annual taxes are little smaller for petrol cars.

I am curious, the specs for the new M5 supposedly have the transmission in that car maxed at 700nm, hy did BMW put a more stout tranny in this tri-turbo diesel? 546 lb ft of torque = 740nm
