I use Rotella T6 5w40 full synthetic, never had any issues many stores carry this type. Just my opinion.

Is the car using oil now? If not, continue using the oil that got it to 200K miles. 5W40 synthetic should be fine, also.

I have been running Castrol or Mobil 1 Euro synthetic, 0-w40 for years with no issue. There is a new Quaker State synth that meess LL-01 designation too. I'm not sure the LL-01 is very important unless you plan to run 15k between changes. As mentioned above, whatever got it to 200k is probably a good choice. I do only use Mann or BMW filters. All the others are a hair too long and tend to crack and split in use.

Or the Porsche A40 spec, if you can't find the LL01 spec.

The LL-01 spec changed but Mobil 1 Euro did not. It still meets the older LL-01 spec. Castrol Euro still lists LL-01. The new Quaker State synth shows LL-01, at least on the spec sheet. All should be available at WalMart for cheap.
