You should consider asking your salesman to give you the actual as-built data from BMW for interior colors with silver gray as this reflects what actual buyers have paid for.

The same applies for exterior colors or other options you are considering.

I'm in Northern Virginia for what its worth. The only defintive thing I know about my order thus far is that:

1) It is a 2006 Model Year Car
2) It will be silver-grey

Working with the dealer to nail final options when the definiticve liost becomes available towards the end of February. SA is telling me that they may de-decouple Active Steering from the Sports Package. Pricing infomration is also not available, I have worked him on a invoice + X for my ED in early May.

Regards,

OnOn

Thanks OnOn,

I'm from Illinois, a dark blue State. Its okay that you're from a Red State.

Thats great news you're getting an 06 and pinned the dealer at X plus invoice. I'm hoping for 1.5 to 2K over ED invoice and will pull the order trigger hopefully by April or May. I like the 545 but I'm curious about the r6 3.0 too. Ordering this late makes me think an 06 is the way to go. Good luck.

Pretty sure that the Secret Service does not allow them to drive in D.C. Why drive when you have an armoured GMC Suburban at your disposal 24x7?!

LOL

Yeap Yeap. We're over it and looking to 08.

Hopefully, when you meet the cute Bush girls you'll be in your M sport E60. They'll no doubt be in the Surburban enjoying beers and those nice cupholders.

Let me think a minute. Oh yes, Bavaria is the most conservative part of Germany. So, maybe the propeller swoosh should be white on red. LOL

Cheers!

I will be doing a European Delivery on a new 530 in May, but am having difficulty deciding what interior color works best with a Silver Grey exterior and the anthracite trim, I had been leaning towards black, but am now thinking it may be to stark.? Help me decide!

Thanks

I currently have grey interior with anthracite maple wood - It looks shabby and is very difficult to keep clean. my advise would be to have Black interior and Light poplar wood - definately the best combo!

I went with Truffle Brown ... does anyone else have brown and how easy/hard is it to keep clean?
