+1...I have the DWS's and love them. Made the switch from RFT's and couldn't be happier.

Cross check the tests and reviews at TireRack ... http://www.tirerack.com/ I personally place greater emphasis on the objective tests but user reviews are worth evaluating (based on the type of user).

And cross that to your driving style and needs and price point to complete the selection process!

If you shop and buy thru the link in my signature at tirerack or other on-line stores you will earn additional rebates!

Alright I'm gonna go against the grain here. I replaced my Continental Stock tires with the Pilot AS and you know what? I don't like them. They are just to damn aggressive and noisy. I have approximately 5K on them and they seem to be getting noisier and the ride is getting a bit rough. I intend to go back to the stock Contis when the Pilots wear.
On another note, my wife has the Pilots on her X3 and they seem to fit the vehicle perfectly.

I am looking to replace my tires as well and dont want to get into the business of keeping 2 sets given the brutal NYC winters. I ordered the Continental DWS based on reviews and feedback from my local tire guy also recommended them highly. The only negative point he mentioned was that some tires tend to bubble easier than others but Continental provides free Road Hazard Coverage so its definitely a good option

I just installed a set of Michelin Pilot Sport A/S plus - so far the ride is very good. Smooth, responsive, and firm. Grip is excellent in dry - haven't tested them in the rain yet. Only negative so far is road noise. They are a bit loud compared to other tires I've had on this car. It's not bad at all right now but I suspect it might get a bit loud after 5 or 10k.

Just got back from a 500 mile trip on the Sport A/S+'s. Smooth as silk, ran great in the rain. mileage was down about 1 per gallon, though still averaged 33.3 mpg at an avg of 68 mph. range and trip said I could go 1050 miles on two tanks. Running up to Chicago in two weeks and am loking forward to a smooth quiet fast trip.

Just got a new set of Continental DWS tires put on yesterday. I really like them, so far. Next up - long road trip, and then I will really know what i think about them. Good price too - $138/tire at Discount Tire here in Dallas. Took about 3 days for them to come in. Very pleased so far! Hopefully, I will continue to be very pleased.

Just completed a 2,100 mile trip on almost new DWSs and really like them. Performance in torrential rain was superb. Also got into an emergency braking situation on the Merrit Pkwy in CT and was more worried about the car in back hitting me than the one in front I was trying to avoid. That was on a dry day on my return leg with the 535 heavily loaded with 3 suitcases, a big full cooler chest and lots of other stuff and 2 people on board.
