The DWA siren and sensor are located behind the right rear bumper cover.
In which part of Houston are you located?

I am in Humble, but willing to drive for assistance. The dealer stated this as the reason my passenger airbag warning is activated (usually the sensor under the seat or mat)

I'm not sure what the DWA has to do with the SRS warning. Did you have anyone scan the car for a code? It could be a problem with the passenger seat mat, or a battery safety terminal, or something else entirely.

took it to the dealer (Houston North) and got the diagnosis. I replaced the battery (need it coded here pretty quick), and they told me the warning light was not from the seat mat (for sure definitely) and that BMW NA would not participate in any repairs since my VIN was not associated with any recall or warranty work.
That + the fact my car has 124k miles on it, they did not want to work on it unless i dropped serious coin. I.e. $1k for changing the DWA (Batteries are drained) and a couple hundred for a hood latch sensor or some crap.
My battery was at like 67% starting amps, so that prompted me to swap that out (under warranty at Oreilly) and I thought that may remedy my no sound issue. I asked them to check my radio issue (no sound) and was able to read what the techs printed out: no communication with radio, amp or something else. So now I am looking for someone local to update the software in my car to whatever is current to see if that fixes the sound issue.

SES- common exhaust clog deal (increased emissions)
Passenger Airbag
Dealer says: DWA (bad internal battery); hood contact switch; battery with programming
I swapped the battery, just need it programmed, and would like to update the software for the entire car.

I don't think you car has a software update problem. You have many different problems or a single problem affecting multiple systems.
