Bent in or depressed emblem on steering wheel

Any way to fix it w/o replacing the airbar?

My Ride: 2006 525XI, Jet black on Dakota beige. Premium and winter packages. I consider myself a purist and intend to keep my car absolutely stock and shiny. 2008 328I Convertible, Sapphire black on beige interior. Premium package, NAV, iPod adapter. Retired: 2002 325I, Titanium silver on black leather. Premium package. Absolutely stock and proud of it.

only way dealer did mine was to replace airbag. Luckily somehow it was covered under regular maintenance.

Only way to replace it is to replace the airbag. Get a new overlay emblem from Trinity, or eBay if you want the original BMW colors. The overlay actually ends up looking better than the OEM emblem and only costs about $15

Trinity sells a cap overlay that can be put over the OEM one. This is a low cost solution. Otherwise you will have to buy a new airbag!
