This forum has been a great resource and I have enjoyed participating in the discussions when I felt I had something valuable to contribute. That being said I need help with an annoyance that has me stumped. When I drive my 2006 530i, after a few minutes...sometimes longer I get a loud beep....beep....beeeeep. Sound seems to come from front driver's door speaker. The beeping happens about once every driving cycle.
This does not occur when my wife drives the car. There are no check messages and the car is perfect otherwise. Has anyone else encountered this or have any idea what is causing it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe your wife only drives for less than an hour and it's the hourly chime otherwise?
