Penalties vary in each part of the country. Here in NY, if this were Westchester, the perps would easily get a few weeks in Valhalla correctional facility. That'd be a great lesson. Hopefully this all gets resolved ASAP and they get every possible charge with maximum penalty. I effing hate bitch ass idiots like this.
