Default Battery Discharge Problem

Hi to all,
I recently bought BMW E60 525d Auto 2004 and I love it but I have "little" problem.

One day this cold winter car won't start..
I have checked the battery and she was dead.
I got new battery, registered with DIS and now I have battery discharge problem..
Check fault codes and I get one 4548 Power Management Board Network..
I have checked MPM via INPA and it's working properly.
Interesting thing is that car is going to sleep after 15 min.. AutoGearbox light goes OFF..
With disconnected IBS and engine on, voltage is 14V, with connected IBS 14,8V..
I have researched entire google to find solution but no success..
Also I noticed that rear fusebox relay is warm when car is working, but when I check in the morning is cold..

I have these fault codes:

Code: 4203 - Glow ECU / Glow unit (unit is out, but car is starting fine on -15C)
Code: 9C78 - Heating nozzle / unknown failure
Code> E519 - Light unknown failure

Now I have disconected IBS to see battery voltage in the morning but I think that IBS is working..

I need help..

Put a voltage meter in series on the negative side, and start pulling fuses eventually you will see it drop to 0. When it does that circuit has an issue.

There's no easy way around it.

When you disconnected the IBS . Did you disconnect it from the negative terminal ?
Or both the neg and positive terminals ? I think the drainage happens from the positive connection ..

Yes the IBS has a positive wire that leads to the positive terminal for power . Go to page 30 . Disconnect both the BSD wire and the B+ connection wire from the sensor for a couple days or so ., and see if the battery drains..

Index Explanation
1 Intelligent battery sensor
2 Ground cable
3 Bit-serial data interface (BSD)
4 Connection B+

Hello,
I have the same problem with an E60 530xd. I've pulled fuses out, untill I get the fuse nr 34 in glove box compartment, wich it's the CCC.
With all fuses on, after 5 minutes the car consumes aprox. 6amps of power, without fuse no. 34 it stays about 0.3-0.8 max.

I've pulled out the CCC and measured his consumption and it get me aprox 2amps(~1.5+-). What it shoud be the BMW CCC amp. consumption?

Thanks in advance.
