battery charge level low

My Ride: E60
Model Year: 2006
Hi! I got this warning message "battery charge level low" every time engine is off and radio still on. It happens every time radio is on regardless whether after running hundred miles or parked. Battery was replaced 3 years ago. Thanks

My Ride: 2004 545i, 6-speed Manual, Silver Grey Metallic, Grey Dakota Leather, Cold Weather Pkg, Premium Sound Pkg, Sport Pkg, Lumbar Support
You could get into the hidden OBC menu and use the Battery Voltage, screen 09, (scroll to page 18 of the document) to view the level with the engine off (running on battery only) and engine on (charging) to see the state of things. Battery alone should be 12v and charging should be 14v. The instructions are a little tedious, but worth the trouble...
