Exactly what the title says.. wondering is anyone has any experience with this.. this weekend my driver's airbag malfuctioned and im like
lol and i've read up online that BMW covers passenger airbag malfuctions, which sucks for me because they do not mention anything about drivers side. I am going to call BMW of North America during my lunch break later but Would like some helpful advice thanks guys and gals!

Start off with "(state your name), and I am sure you know who I am so lets get past all the plesantries and step right in to the part where you apologize and offer to fix my airbag and throw in a fresh sttering wheel assemb."
This technique will certainly assist in moving things along swiftly.
Good luck man, not a fun situation at all. I used to do IT at the BMWNA location in Ohio, just be kind and mention how much you are a brand enthusiast.

But it sucks anyway. nice that you'll get it fixed.
What about a test drive with some nice dealers car,
the same day your car's fixed?
Have you tested the F01, yet?
