Aux Input and 6 Disc CD Changer Possible?

My Ride: 7/2004 Build 530i in So Cal USA.

Is it possible to have both the AUX input adapter and the 6 disc CD changer on the E60? I didn't know if the 6 disc changer uses the same connector interface as the aux input? Anyone know? Using SW CIP 13.3 with Bluetooth retrofit on a 7/2004 production vehicle. It's my hope I can have both the CD 6 disc changer and the AUX input, but unsure of how many ports are back there and if this is possible. I know I can add aux in the software via a retrofit, but figured it may kill my 6 disc CD changer. This is more of a hardware based question. Any response greatly appreciated.

With the installation of Aux Input you will maintain all features and functionality you had.
